Shipping Policy: In stock orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment is made. In the case a product is not in stock at the moment when the ordered, the product will then be shipped 5-7 business days after payment is made. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by shipping company. We also offer faster delivery methods upon request.
Privacy Policy: This privacy policy is to inform you on how the information collected on this website is used. Be sure to read this privacy policy before using our website or submitting any personal information and be aware that by using our website, you are accepting the practices described in this policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this website’s policy at any time without prior notice. Be also aware that privacy practices set forth in this here are for this website only and do not apply for any other linking websites.

Refund/Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of the receipt of the product.
All professional line metal detectors such as commercial, industrial and security machines are not eligible for return.
Metal detector must be returned in its original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items. All items must be in working order and include the manufacturer’s original blank warranty form and instruction manual. No damage to the machine or any of the accessories including no dents, scratches, rips and tears etc.
A Return Authorization Number is required prior to shipping any product back to Mercado de Detectores (Candy’s Enterprises) for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card, gift certificate or other form of payment that was used at the time of the original transaction.
Customer will be responsible for all return shipping, handling and insurance fees.
Only 90% of the original invoice will be refunded. 10% is related to management costs and restocking. The refund will become within the 15 days following to the reception and revision of the merchandise. No claims will be accepted outside set parameters. Product warranties are covered by Minelab as directed for each equipment.
Please call Customer Service at (832) 437-1231 to obtain a Return Authorization Number or to answer any questions about our return policy.
If it is determined by Candy’s Enterprises that the returned metal detector has been damaged, contains missing parts and/or accessories then the customer may be subject to a repacking service fee of up to 30% of the machine’s retail value.
